As a Cloud AI Adoption Advisor, you will be instrumental in guiding them through the adoption process, ensuring they achieve maximum benefits from these cutting-edge technologies.

Core Deliverables:

• Engage with customers and front office roles to deliver prescriptive guidance on BTP AI solution architecture and adoption topics focused on improving core processes and business outcomes through AI use case assessment, solution advisory, custom-built AI solution demonstrations.

• Tailor content that allows the A&C Center to scale and multiply consumption and extension best practices to deliver business value through communities and front office engagements.

• Innovate with services and front office colleagues to drive the evolution of and architect new innovations for SAP Customer Success tooling, offerings, and playbooks, including ways to expand platform usage and drive industry cloud adoption.

• Educate customers on how to succeed within and across LoB buying centers.

• Develop characteristic-based gold standards for increasing activation, consumption, and expansion of SAP BTP AI Solutions and scale it across various customer segments.

Working Together:

• Collaborate with different stakeholders, including product management, engineering, customer success managers, and account teams.

• Work closely with field roles and regional heads to develop and deliver customized solutions.

• Deliver high-quality results while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
