Bloomberg is a leader in the development of AI applications for the financial services industry. We are seeking a highly skilled Lead AI Safety Specialist to join our team and contribute to the characterization, assessment, and mitigation of novel GenAI risks.

Our team of over 350 AI practitioners works on cutting-edge products and features that require novel innovations. As a Lead AI Safety Specialist, you will lead the way in identifying and addressing GenAI risks, as well as evangelizing best practices and technologies throughout the company.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Characterizing, assessing, and mitigating novel GenAI risks, especially in the financial services domain
