What You Will Be Doing

• Building New AI Products and Features: Fine-tune LLMs to create AI-powered products and modules, like our recent launch of .

• Automating Internal Processes: Use advanced AI techniques to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Routine coding tasks that don't leverage AI for innovation.

• Maintaining legacy systems without AI enhancements.

• Working on small-scale projects; instead, you'll focus on strategic initiatives with significant impact.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure faster product releases and increased customer satisfaction through continuous AI-driven enhancements.

Basic Requirements

• AI-First Mindset (preferably not writing code first and then verifying with AI)

• At least 1 year of professional experience as a software engineer with impactful initiatives

• Familiarity with GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot)

• Experience successfully implementing Generative AI solutions with measurable impact

• Experience with different LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) to solve business problems

Nice-to-have

Experience with AI-driven project management tools and methodologies.

Position Details
