Qualifications

• Explain trade-offs to founders, product, and legal SMEs - balancing speed with compliance (PII redaction, audit logs)
• Zero-to-one velocity: first customer-visible features in weeks, not months
• 5 + years building cloud-native back-ends in Python (FastAPI, Django, or similar)
• Deep familiarity with web scraping (Scrapy/Playwright), async data pipelines, and object storage
• Real-world LLM work - vector search, prompt tuning, rate limited etc
• CI/CD, IaC (Terraform, Pulumi), and monitoring (Grafana, Sentry)
• Clear written & verbal comms; you make complexity simple
