Qualifications

• Experience with our core stack: Next.js, TypeScript, React, Tailwind CSS, Supabase
• Proven success in building and scaling web applications in a microservices architecture
• AI & LLM Proficiency:
• Demonstrated ability to build and integrate AI/LLM-powered features into web applications
• Strong Python skills for backend AI/ML development
• Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks (particularly Langchain) and working with major LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google)
• Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques along with associated technologies (such as vector databases)
• Knowledge of MLOps principles and tools for model deployment, monitoring, and versioning
• Cloud & Architecture: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and designing robust microservices-based systems
• Bonus: Prior exposure to healthcare technology and familiarity with HIPAA compliance

About the Role

We are seeking our very first technical hire—a Founding/Lead Engineer—to transform our MVP into a robust, production-ready platform. As a foundational member of our team, you’ll work directly with the cofounders and set the technical vision, culture, and best practices for our growing engineering team. This is a unique opportunity to solve complex problems with cutting-edge AI/LLM technologies while reshaping the healthcare landscape.
