We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to play a vital role in our Commercial organization. This individual will assume ownership of customer relationships from Sales and focus on providing exceptional experiences and outcomes to key stakeholders.
About the Job
This position requires a highly skilled professional with a background in Customer Success Management, Account/Partner Management, Project Management, Product Management, Operations, Engineering, or equivalent. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SaaS technology products and managed services, as well as advanced problem-solving skills to analyze and interpret customer and business-level data.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success Management, Account/Partner Management, Project Management, Product Management, Operations, Engineering, or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field
• Advanced problem-solving skills to analyze and interpret customer and business-level data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with key customers
