Job Spec:

The AI Program Manager is responsible for guiding AI projects from inception to completion. The role involves managing the overall strategy, coordinating teams, ensuring technical quality, and aligning the project with organizational goals to ensure that AI initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and meet the desired outcomes. The AI program manager is a subset of the broader program manager role but specifically for AI initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and timelines.

• Defines AI project goals, set timelines, and outlines deliverables. They create detailed plans and schedules, oversee progress, and adjust as necessary to ensure the project is completed successfully

• Lead and oversee teams of data scientists, engineers, and designers, ensuring effective communication andcollaboration. Manage resource allocation and provide the necessary support for team members.

• Knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning, and data science principles. Understanding AI frameworks, tools, and methodologies is essential

• Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a relevant supervisory position, 2 years GCC experience isa plus
