Overview

The Coordinator of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration and Organizational Learning is responsible for supporting the district's efforts to integrate artificial intelligence and emerging technologies into instructional practice. This role also oversees the design, implementation, and monitoring of grant-funded innovation initiatives, ensuring alignment with grant objectives and compliance with funder and district requirements.

Key responsibilities include coordinating high-impact professional learning experiences, supporting grant development and reporting, and managing district-mandated trainings. The coordinator works collaboratively across departments to build educator capacity, foster future-ready teaching and learning, and support the district's strategic innovation goals through sustainable, evidence-based initiatives.

Qualifications

Education/Certification:

• Texas Teacher Certification

• Principal or Mid-Management Certification (Preferred)

• Master's degree in education, instructional technology, or related field (Preferred)

Special Knowledge/Skills:

• Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration and Organizational Learning

• Strong instructional design and adult learning principles

• Knowledge of compliance training requirements for Texas educators

• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills

• Ability to build consensus, lead cross-functional teams, and manage change

Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in instructional leadership, digital learning, or innovation work

• Experience designing and leading professional development at the district or campus level

• Prior experience managing grants or initatives involving instructional technology or innovation is preferred

Salary Range

$77,529 - $93,413 (2024/2025 Compensation Plan)

• Salary determination will be based on verified relevant work experience.

• Salary will be adjusted to the start date.
