Responsibilities
- In this early-career role, you’ll work closely with senior Solutions Engineers, Account Executives, and Product teams to help articulate Decagon’s value, support technical evaluations, and contribute to customer success during pre-sales engagements
- Are eager to collaborate with Account Executives to understand customer pain points and assist in identifying tailored solutions that drive value
- Are comfortable learning and using technical tools to build basic product demonstrations, leveraging Decagon’s platform to align with customer use cases

About the Role Decagon is looking for an Associate Solutions Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of AI-powered solutions for enterprise customers.
