We're seeking an AI researcher/engineer to build a specialized Small Language Model (SLM) focused exclusively on religious and spiritual content. Think "junior Andrej Karpathy" - someone who can make intelligent, cost-effective decisions around tech stack, training methodologies, and model optimization.

What we're building:

• Domain-specific SLM trained on religious texts, spiritual literature,and faith-based content

• Cost-optimized training pipeline using open-source tools (not commercial LLM dependencies)

• Fine-tuning framework for rapid experimentation and customer feedback integration

• Evaluation metrics specific to religious/spiritual content accuracy and sensitivity
