Qualifications
- 4+ years closing SaaS deals inside the advertising, media, or marketing ecosystem
- Consistent record of surpassing quota and multi-threading complex sales at holding-company agencies or large brands
- Fluent in the language of ad tech: DSPs, SSPs, pixels, and measurement
- Comfortable running your own outbound, discovery, demo, and renewal motions in HubSpot or a similar CRM
- You were the trailblazer who took a startup into a new vertical and turned it into the fastest-growing segment
- Rolodex of strategists, innovation leads, and programmatic buyers who answer your calls
- Prior early-stage experience where you built the sales playbook while hitting the number
- You geek out on creative tech and can translate “GAN” into “improved ROAS” without breaking a sweat
- “Iterate, ship, learn” feels more natural than “draft, revise, approve”
- You believe great storytelling can change how brands connect with people, and you want a front-row seat

Responsibilities
- You will steer our expansion into advertising by speaking the language of agencies, programmatic platforms, DSPs, and brand marketers while weaving Luma AI into their day-to-day workflows
- In short, you identify, engage, and win the deals that carry Luma’s creative tech to the center of every campaign
- Hunt & Huddle: Spin up targeted account lists in Clay or Apollo, craft irresistible outreach, and book discovery calls with heads of media innovation
- Map the Maze: Run deep-dive workshops to chart each client’s ad-tech stack and design proof-of-concepts that slot Luma straight into existing workflows
- Deal Crafting: Draft proposals, handle objections, and negotiate complex MSAs that turn pilots into multi-year commitments
- Co-Pilot with Product: Share market intel with engineers, influencing features that make programmatic buyers’ lives easier
- Land & Expand: Partner with Customer Success to drive activation, uncover upsell triggers, and celebrate expanded ARR
- Broadcast the Signal: Post competitive insights and win stories so the Go-To-Market team iterates (and celebrates) faster

The Role
We need our first Enterprise Account Executive, a self-starter who spots decision-makers across industries, spins up proofs of concept, closes deals, and deepens relationships to grow revenue. You will steer our expansion into advertising by speaking the language of agencies, programmatic platforms, DSPs, and brand marketers while weaving Luma AI into their day-to-day workflows. In short, you identify, engage, and win the deals that carry Luma’s creative tech to the center of every campaign.
What a Typical Week Might Look Like
