Full Description
We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as a Data & AI Consultant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in advising organizations on data and artificial intelligence strategies, while implementing cutting-edge technology and analytics solutions to address their most complex business challenges related to risk and trust.
• Responsibilities*:

Collaborate with organizationsto comprehend their business and data requirements, devising effective data sourcing and architecture strategies.

Assess and analyze the current state of clients' data governance, management, platform infrastructure, and utilization of data, digital technologies, and AI. Provide strategic guidance to scale impact and optimize design, architecture, and governance while mitigating data risks.

Evaluate the client's use of analytical and AI models, offering advice on enhancing model efficacy, improving model governance, and ensuring compliance with industry practices and regulatory standards.

Design, build, and test quantitative and AI/ML-based models across various business areas.
-
Define and calculate key operations and data metrics, enabling organizations to monitor the health and resiliency of their business and data.

Conduct data-driven tests and reconciliations to assess compliance with regulatory requirements.

Deliver actionable insights through data visualization and enhance operational efficiency using intelligent automation.
• Core Qualifications*:
-
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in majors such as Data Analytics, AI, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems, with relevant coursework in analytics or data management.

Proficiency in analytics tools and programming languages, including SQL, Python, HTML, VBA, SAS, R.

Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power Bi, QlikView, and data management platforms like Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and Mongo DB.

Specialization in one of the following areas: Advanced analytics (Predictive analytics, data mining), Machine learning & cognitive, or Big Data Tools (Hadoop, Hive, Pig, Impala, Mahout).

Cloud knowledge and capabilities with AWS, Azure, or Google.
• Other Qualifications*:

Strong proficiency in scripting languages and data visualization platforms.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client and team interaction.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Understanding of the data lifecycle and solutions development lifecycle to help clients comprehend their data and develop actionable solutions.

Proficiency in managing data sets, including extraction and merges from source systems, transformation, and preliminary descriptive analytics.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Quick and concise research abilities to collect data from diverse sources.

Capability to synthesize data and communicate information meaningfully.

Collaborative mindset, with effective communication across Deloitte team members and client stakeholders.
