Our client is a global leader in language, content, and intellectual property services, delivering complex, tech-driven solutions across a vast and diverse client base. With a collaborative, no-ego legal team and a wide range of innovative AI products, this is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to take on varied work in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

You’ll join ahigh-performing legal function, reporting directly to the Head of Legal. The role will see you lead on commercial contracts and advise across the business.

What We're Looking For

• 3–6 PQE, trained in private practice (sector background flexible)

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales

• Experience drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts

• Exposure to tech/IT/software agreements and global contracting

• Confident, client-facing, and commercially savvy with good judgment

• No-ego, collaborative, and able to thrive in a team-focused, fast-moving environment
