Overview

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, particularly with Python, and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining applications that enhance our business operations. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to collaborate effectivelywith cross-functional teams.

Duties

• Design, build, and optimize RAG pipelines for medical Q&A, symptom triaging, and documentation summarization.

• Integrate LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Mistral, Claude) with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) for retrieval-augmented use cases.

• Develop tools to ingest and chunk clinical content (e.g., EMRs, medical guidelines, SOAP notes) for embedding.

• Ensure alignment with HIPAA and other healthcare data privacy regulations during data processing and deployment.

• Build evaluation tools for measuring relevance, factuality, and safety of generated content.

• Collaborate with backend developers to deploy models into our remote clinic system infrastructure.

• Continuously monitor, fine-tune, and retrain models using feedback loops and clinician input.

Experience

• Proficiency in Python programming language is essential.

• Proven experience developing RAG architectures in production environments.

• Strong knowledge of transformer-based LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Cohere).

• Familiarity with embedding techniques, vector similarity search, and document retrieval.

• Experience with Python frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Haystack, FastAPI).

• Understanding of clinical data formats and workflows (e.g., HL7, FHIR, EMR systems).

• Strong grasp of data privacy and compliance standards in healthcare (HIPAA, GDPR).
