Responsibilities

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Implementation & Quality Assurance Lead to own the successful delivery of new customer implementations and ongoing quality across our AI solutions
• This person will serve as the bridge between sales, product, engineering, and customer success—ensuring every deployment meets our performance and reliability standards
• Lead new client onboarding and AI assistant deployment from kickoff to go-live
• Customize and configure MeetGabbi to align with each law firm’s workflow and case types
• Partner with Sales and Product teams to translate client needs into technical requirements
• Build and refine implementation playbooks to ensure scale and repeatability
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and exceed expectations
• Develop and maintain QA procedures to validate AI performance, voice response accuracy, and data integrity
• Conduct regular audits of active deployments and flag issues or optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to test new features and releases before deployment
• Establish benchmarks and metrics to monitor success and user satisfaction
