Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field
• 3+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
• 1+ year working with modern LLMs (e.g., Claude, GPT-4, LLaMA 3) or 3+ years of general AI/ML experience
• Proficiency in Python and TypeScript
• RAG pipelines and retrieval optimization
• Multi-modal AI systems (text, structured data, numerical inputs)
• Prompt engineering techniques (Tree of Thoughts, Constitutional AI, etc.)
• AI agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI)
• Ability to create evaluation frameworks for generative systems
• Strong communication and documentation skills

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer who thrives in early-stage environments and is excited to own the development of our AI wealth platform. You will work directly with the CTO and CEO to build intelligent systems that transform financial advice, optimize investment recommendations, and power autonomous financial agents.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Roadmap Execution: Build the AI product roadmap, with a focus on LLMs, multi-modal models, and fintech-specific use cases.

• End-to-End Ownership: Design, build, test, and ship AI-powered features from scratch.

• Prior experience with:

• AWS, Node.js, DynamoDB

• Vector DBs like Pinecone

Modern frontend stacks (React, FastAPI)
