We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Data Engineer responsible for ensuring compliance with UAE and international data privacy laws. Your primary tasks will include developing secure data pipelines, maintaining data integrity during migration, and collaborating with cross-functional teams while leveraging advanced analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with UAE and international data privacy laws and regulations.

• Develop and maintain secure data pipelines.

• Implement data encryption, anonymization, and access controls.

• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality during migration.

• Coordinate with international offices to uphold data security standards.

• Plan and execute data migration strategies, focusing on data privacy.

• Conduct post-migration data validation and testing to ensure data integrity.

• Regularly review and update data privacy policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 3-5 years in data engineering with a focus on data privacy and protection.

• Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations, including UAE data protection laws and GDPR.

• Experience with data encryption, anonymization, and access controls.

• Proficiency in SQL, AWS, and data processing software.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large, complex datasets.

• Familiarity with data integrity validation techniques and tools.
