Qualifications

• AI App Builder Certification or equivalent understanding of:
• AI-enhanced workflow design
• Prompt engineering fundamentals
• Accuracy validation / human-in-the-loop models
• Strategic AI implementation in business contexts
• Governance, compliance, and AI ethics
• 2+ years Airtable experience, including:
• Base architecture and relational data modeling
• Use of automations, interfaces, and scripting
• Integration with external tools (Zapier, Make, Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)
• Experience building no-code or low-code tools for non-technical users
• Strong communication and change management skills
• (Bonus) Light JavaScript, experience with Airtable API or AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)

• Modernize Processes with AI: Build and embed AI-powered workflows that automate, summarize, analyze, and enhance business operations
• AI Prompt Engineering: Craft, test, and refine AI prompts to generate consistent, relevant outputs for internal tools and customer-facing processes
• Design Smart Tools: Develop modular tools and dashboards (mostly in Airtable and similar platforms) that are easy to use and easy to scale
• Automate with Purpose: Use platforms like Airtable Automations, Make, or Zapier to streamline repetitive tasks while embedding validation steps
• Lead Strategic Implementation: Identify high-impact areas for AI integration, assess AI readiness, and champion internal AI fluency
• Ensure AI Governance: Support ethical and secure AI use aligned with compliance standards—especially in sensitive or regulated environments
• Train & Support Teams: Deliver user training and ongoing guidance to ensure smooth adoption of tools and workflows across departments

Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced AI process innovator to help modernize and elevate our internal tools and customer-facing workflows. This role blends automation strategy, AI integration, and low-code tooling—primarily Airtable—to empower our teams and enhance the way we work.
