Full-stack Developer Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the development of AI-enhanced features that revolutionize service provider capabilities and transform traditional workflows into streamlined, intelligent processes

Basic Requirements

• Demonstrated commitment to AI-first development philosophy—if you're not thinking AI before code, this isn't your arena

• Minimum 4 years of battle-tested experience in server-side web application development

• Proven track record delivering robust B2B software solutions

• Deep expertise in AWS-based cloud-native development and serverless architectures

• Mastery of GenAI code assistants including Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, and v0.dev

• Demonstrated success stories implementing Generative AI solutions with measurable impact

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
