• Develop creative strategies for podcast seasons, including themes, episode arcs, and guest selection
• Collaborate with the team to ensure each season aligns with the podcasts overall goals and brand voice
• Guest Research & Preparation
• Research potential guests to understand their expertise and fit with the podcasts storytelling objectives
• Prepare guest materials, talking points, and detailed interview prep for the host
• Script Development
• Write episode outlines and scripts, including key questions, conversation prompts, and narrative frameworks
• Ensure each episode flows smoothly and aligns with the seasons themes
• Recording Session Oversight
• Attend virtual recording sessions to guide creative direction and provide live support to the host
• Ensure key points are covered and the conversation stays aligned with the intended narrative
• Post-Production Oversight
