Responsibilities

• You will create, manage, and complete tasks related to the entire asset lifecycle, from procurement to disposal, all within Jira
• Use your experience working with Value-Added Resellers (VARs) to track and manage software licenses, renewals, and hardware procurement
• You will ensure we maintain compliance with various licensing agreements
• Identify and propose improvements to our current Jira-based ITAM/ITSM workflows, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency and data accuracy
• Perform regular audits and reconciliations to ensure all asset data stored in Jira is accurate
• You will also create and analyze reports on asset inventory, software usage, and licensing compliance
• Work closely with internal teams, including IT Operations, Finance, and Legal, to ensure our ITAM processes are aligned with business needs and industry best practices
